Salary is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to, the individual's particular combination of education, skills, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. ## Description The Advancement Data Operations Lead supports University Advancement by overseeing the operational management, integrity, and effective use of CRM Advance and related data systems. Reporting to the Director of Advancement Services and Finance, this position works collaboratively with advancement staff to ensure accurate data workflows, reliable reporting, and strong data governance practices that support fundraising, engagement, and strategic decision-making.
