## About the Role

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, * 6+ years of experience in SAP implementation or transformation projects, with strong exposure to S/4HANA and a track record of successful SAP program delivery on time and within budget.

 * 3+ years of hands-on experience managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
 * Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, integration points, and the SAP Activate methodology.
 * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience interacting with C-level executives and business owners.
 * Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
 * English C1+.

Nice-to-have skills:

 * PMP/SAP certifications.
 * Experience working in global delivery environments or with offshore/nearshore teams.
 * Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, or Data Migration projects.
 * Understanding of change management and post-implementation adoption strategies.
