 * Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently

## Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide first-level technical support to end users. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to IT support requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day technical needs., * Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
 * Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software
 * Provide support for Microsoft Office, Windows OS, and other commonly used applications
 * Create and manage user accounts, passwords, and permissions in Active Directory
 * Maintain detailed records of support requests, actions taken, and solutions provided
 * Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level IT staff as needed
 * Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including equipment setup and recovery
 * Educate users on best practices for technology use and cybersecurity
 * Monitor IT inventory and report shortages or equipment needs
