## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, * 6-8 years IT experience; degree or equivalent

 * Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365
 * Proficiency in networking, virtualization, and backup technologies
 * Working knowledge of cloud platforms and scripting (PowerShell required)
 * Solid understanding of security principles, DR/BCP, and IT best practices
 * Experience with vendor management, budgeting, and documentation
 * Compliance or regulated-industry experience a plus

## Description

* Oversee Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and email/security tools
 * Maintain servers, virtualization, storage, and backup systems
 * Support enterprise networking: firewalls, switches, VPN, Wi-Fi
 * Lead endpoint hardening, patching, and security tooling (EDR/MDR, SIEM, vulnerability mgmt.)
 * Administer cloud platforms and support automation/scripting
 * Execute Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans
 * Manage vendors, licensing, budgets, and IT asset lifecycle
 * Maintain IT policies, documentation, and compliance requirements
 * Collaborate with cross-site teams and support specialized/legacy systems as needed
