## About the Role

Key Requirements * 3 5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator.

 * Strong experience with:
 * ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog/Request Management)
 * CSM (Customer Service Management)
 * ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, and integrations (REST/SOAP)
 * Direct experience participating in or leading ServiceNow implementations, platform rollouts, module deployments, or migrations.
 * Solid understanding of ITIL framework, change management, and process improvement.
 * Experience with HRSD and CMDB is a plus.
 * ServiceNow certifications preferred:
 * Certified Application Developer (CAD)
 * Certified System Administrator (CSA)
 * Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM/CSM)

Responsibilities * Develop, configure, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.

 * Execute backlog items and automate processes using Workflow and Flow Designer.
 * Enhance Service Portal/Employee Center and Service Catalog offerings.
 * Maintain and optimize Knowledge Base structures.
 * Support platform re-implementation initiatives and third-party integrations.
 * Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
