This role primarily supports K-12 schools, special needs educational organizations, and other business clients, ensuring their technology infrastructure remains secure, reliable, and efficient. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver who enjoys working directly with clients and has experience supporting Google Workspace for Education, Chromebooks, Windows environments, and modern IT systems. Patience, professionalism, and excellent communication skills are essential, particularly when assisting educators and staff in special education environments., * Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environments preferred. * Experience administering Google Workspace and the Google Admin Console. * Hands-on experience supporting and managing Chromebooks. * Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office applications. * Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and basic server administration. * Working knowledge of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and wireless networking. * Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
