* Hands on knowledge of Fabric workloads (Power BI, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Engineering)
 * Experience with tenant settings, workspace administration, and capacity governance
 * Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), security groups, and role based access control
 * Understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise BI architectures

Experience

 * 3+ years administering enterprise analytics or BI platforms
 * Experience supporting large scale, multi workspace Power BI environments
 * Experience working in a regulated or governance focused environment (preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

 * Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, or Azure certifications
 * Experience with DevOps, Git integration, or CI/CD for analytics platforms
 * Knowledge of data security concepts (sensitivity labels, auditing, compliance)
 * Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills, + $38,000-42,000 per year
