 + Security Hardening & Best Practices
 * Strong knowledge of:
 + HTTP/HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS
 + Windows Server & Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu)
 + Active Directory, LDAP, SSO, Kerberos
 * Experience with enterprise load balancers:
 + F5 BIG-IP
 + Citrix ADC (NetScaler)
 + HAProxy
 * Scripting experience using PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
 * Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, SolarWinds, or similar.
 * Strong troubleshooting skills across web, application, OS, and network layers.
 * Experience with Change Management, Incident Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
