 * Capacidad resolutiva, criterio técnico, autonomía y orientación a la mejora continua.
 * Disponibilidad para modelo híbrido.
 * Valorable experiencia en entornos con altos estándares de seguridad.

## Description

* Gestionar tickets a través de herramientas como JIRA, asegurando tiempos de respuesta y calidad de servicio.
 * Administrar y mantener entornos de sistemas en infraestructura Microsoft / Azure.
 * Gestionar incidencias relacionadas con redes, seguridad y accesos, garantizando entornos seguros y estables.
 * Participar como soporte en tareas de ciberseguridad, colaborando en la implementación de medidas y buenas prácticas.
 * Dar soporte en la gestión de bases de datos y entornos SQL básicos.
 * Documentar incidencias, soluciones y procedimientos técnicos.
 * Colaborar con el equipo IT en proyectos de mejora continua y optimización de sistemas.
