Prior HXM Solution Architecture experience a plus. * Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline. * Leadership skills with ability to influence and negotiate internal and external stakeholders. * Services sales/presales experience a plus * Certification in at least one SAP SuccessFactors module is a plus, preferably EC.
