As a Change Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business side of IS-led projects. Working closely with Business Project Managers and IS Project Managers, you will help the organization absorb technical and process changes smoothly across large, global stakeholder groups., * Lead change management activities to ensure new tools and processes are implemented without disrupting ongoing operations * Conduct impact analysis to identify gaps between current and future states across process, people, and communication dimensions * Design and deliver communication and training plans for stakeholders at all levels, from VP/Director to line staff * Serve as a sounding board for business teams navigating change, translating IS terminology into business language * Collaborate with cross-functional groups including R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance (AP/Controlling), and Facilities * Operate effectively within a globally distributed team, demonstrating sensitivity to cultural and communication differences * Adapt to onsite requirements, with approximately 50% of time onsite, fluctuating based on training and rollout schedules, At Amaris, we strive to provide our candidates with the best possible recruitment experience.
