## Description

* Analyzes, maintains, and modifies telecommunications and video systems to meet operational standards.
 * Monitors the operations of telecommunications and video systems and services of vendors.
 * Conducts studies regarding telecommunication systems usage and recommends changes as appropriate.
 * Plans, coordinates and performs all moves and installation of telecommunications equipment.
 * Tests, adjusts, and troubleshoots complex hardware equipment as necessary.
 * Maintains records and prepares complex reports relevant to the operation of the telecommunications and video systems.
 * Provides end-user training of telecommunications and video features and functionality.
