## Description

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer III to support the development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise platforms and cloud environments. This role sits at the intersection of infrastructure, networking, and automation, with a strong focus on troubleshooting, performance optimization, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do

 + Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure and platform environments

 + Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues

 + Troubleshoot complex technical challenges in partnership with internal teams and vendors

 + Support network trials and proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives

 + Lead incident response, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes

 + Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation:

 + Runbooks

 + Methods of Procedure (MOPs)

 + Configuration documentation

 + Contribute to automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

 + Collaborate across teams to support knowledge sharing and operational excellence
