* 4-7 years of program management, project management, or PMO experience, preferably within Data Management, Data Governance, Risk, or Regulatory initiatives.
 * Basic understanding of enterprise data management and governance concepts.
 * Familiarity with areas such as Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Lineage, Data Controls, and Regulatory Data Programs.
 * Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
 * Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
 * Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities., * Experience within banking or financial services organizations.
 * Exposure to regulatory or remediation programs.
 * Experience preparing executive status reporting and program dashboards.
 * Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

## Description

* Support execution and coordination of data governance and regulatory uplift initiatives.
 * Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
 * Coordinate with delivery teams and stakeholders to gather status updates and maintain program reporting.
 * Prepare concise summaries, dashboards, and meeting materials for leadership reviews.
 * Support governance meetings, working groups, and action item tracking.
 * Assist in organizing and maintaining program documentation, plans, and decision logs.
 * Collaborate across teams to collect information, resolve blockers, and improve coordination.
 * Ensure timely follow-up on actions and commitments across stakeholders.
 * Help drive consistency in program execution and communication.
