* Design, develop, and support event-driven automation leveraging the FedOps framework across ServiceNow| Polycloud and enterprise platforms .
 * Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows using Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)Develop reusable| scalable playbooks for alert remediation self-healing and operational workflows Integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems (ServiceNow| APIs| infrastructure platforms).
 * Support onboarding of applications/use cases into FedOps and ensure alignment with enterprise standards Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures| ensuring reliability and operational resiliency
