## Description

Battle Born Access Systems and One Source Electric are growing Nevada-based contractors specializing in gate automation, access control, ornamental iron, electrical services, lighting maintenance, and commercial construction services. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Administrator to join our team.

This position serves as the first point of contact for our customers and plays a critical role in scheduling, customer service, proposal management, and office operations.

Responsibilities

 * Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers professionally
 * Schedule service calls, preventative maintenance visits, and project meetings
 * Coordinate technician schedules and dispatching
 * Maintain customer records and job documentation
 * Follow up with customers regarding open proposals and service requests
 * Assist with permit applications and project documentation
 * Manage incoming and outgoing company correspondence
 * Support management with administrative tasks and special projects
 * Maintain a professional and organized office environment
