Your role will involve building, configuring, and troubleshooting software and hardware enhancements, as well as diagnosing and resolving computer system issues to maintain uninterrupted operations, * 24/7 System Maintenance and Operations Support - Ensure the continuous, non-stop operation of the Real-Time Control Center (RTCC) by providing round-the-clock support. * Perform preventive care on the system, including TCP/IP, Transport, Network, and Link Models, through tasks such as backups, upgrades, monthly routines, and virus scans. * Corrective Maintenance and Issue Resolution: * Conduct on-site corrective care by promptly addressing system issues and supporting the real-time replacement of faulty parts or components. * Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system issues to facilitate continuous improvement and effective problem-solving. * Provide expert support in system upgrades and modifications, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions to operations. * Recommend software and hardware enhancements to optimize system performance and security. * Training and Knowledge Transfer - Conduct periodic training and on-the-job training (OJT) for the implementation team and clients, empowering them to detect, diagnose, and resolve common issues. * Share best practices and industry insights to enhance the team's overall capabilities. * Appoint and train an "On-Call" replacement from the implementation team as a backup to handle emergencies and maintain continuous system operations. * High Availability and Backup Strategies - Establish and implement backup plans to ensure high availability of critical systems and data. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
