Clearance Type Required Candidates must be able to maintain an active Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain up to TS/SCI, if required by the position. ## Description We are seeking a junior level Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team supporting the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC PCD) in Panama City Beach, FL. The Cybersecurity Specialist plays a vital role in supporting DoD customers by providing support to the ISSM for tasks such as developing and maintaining cybersecurity procedures, conducting control evaluations, performing network vulnerability assessments, and preparing and maintaining Risk Management Framework (RMF) system artifacts. This position requires a basic understanding of underlying cybersecurity principles including vulnerability management, risk assessment and system documentation. The Cybersecurity Specialist will be responsible for supporting the validation of Navy information systems to ensure compliance with DoD and Navy cybersecurity frameworks. This includes contributing to the development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies, analyzing vulnerabilities, and recommending mitigation solutions.
