Equivalent experience may also be considered. · Desire understanding of flight test of military aircraft and associated technologies, as well as military organizational practices. · At least 3 years applicable experience with technical writing or organizational administration. · Have, or be able to gain & maintain a DoD SECRET clearance. TOP SECRET desired. · Need excellent written skills in English, strong verbal communication skills, and proven ability to work well as part of a large team of diverse personnel. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and be able to quickly learn custom software applications. · Desire a working knowledge of test organizations at Eglin including 96th Test Wing, 53rd Wing, and their associated test facilities. · Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. ## Description · Support the planning and reporting phases of F-15 and F-16 test projects as part of the Operational Flight Program Combined Test Force (OFP CTF) at Eglin AFB, FL. · Maintain document templates that comply with applicable military, government, and organizational style guides and publication standards. · Maintain document control procedures and version management for flight test publications, to include supporting record retention requirements. · Assist test project managers with initial drafts of test plans, test reports, test funding documents, test safety documents, and associated briefing slides. · Assist in preparing executive summaries, technical presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders. · Provide expertise in document formatting features of applicable software tools, as well as specific format requirements from both Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) and Air Combat Command (ACC) test management processes. · Perform review of documents for clarity, grammar, consistency, accuracy, and completeness. · Coordinate internal technical reviews of all documents by applicable subject-matter experts and organizational leadership to resolve documentation discrepancies. · Coordinate with external agencies to complete reviews by participating test organizations, support organizations, and higher-level headquarters organizations to obtain required approvals within timelines that support test requirements. · Analyze processes and propose methods to improve efficiency and quality of technical products. · Coordinate with military, government-civilian, and contractor personnel in the 96th Test Wing, 53rd Wing, F-15 and F-16 System Program Offices, AFMC and ACC staff agencies, and other organizations involved in OFP CTF test projects. · Participate in, or when required, lead meetings to plan upcoming test documentation. · Provide written technical deliverables summarizing meeting content or analyzing critical issues. · Track action items and publication schedules to meet program milestones and deadlines. · Gain and maintain working knowledge of USAF Scientific and Technical Information (STINFO) and similar applicable guidance. ## Related Videos - [Developing the Rich Text Editor for DeepL.com](https://www.wearedevelopers.com/videos/1172-developing-the-rich-text-editor-for-deepl-com) - [Are Classical Automation Frameworks Dead?
