* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, OR in a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience OR Masters degree with 6+ years of relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience maybe considered/accepted in lieu of degree.\n
 * 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions in enterprise environments.\n
 * 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.\n
 * Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce projects and technical teams.\n, * Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security model, data model, and platform best practices.\n
 * Extensive experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components , Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud.\n
 * Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and enterprise architecture.\n
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and modern web application development frameworks.\n
 * Experience with source control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\n
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n
 * Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.\n
 * US Citizen.\n, * Experience supporting federal government programs and regulated environments.\n
 * Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, and Knowledge Management solutions.\n
 * Experience implementing AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, Agentforce, Einstein, or predictive analytics solutions.\n
 * Knowledge of FedRAMP, NIST, and government security compliance requirements.\n
