Experience with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is highly preferred.IT Support & OS Administration: Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting Google/Gmail and macOS. Identity Management: Basic understanding of user provisioning via Google Workspace. In this role, you will be the primary gatekeeper, administrator, and optimization expert for our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform and interconnected core business systems. You will collaborate closely with departmental leaders (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations) to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem., The ERP and Systems Analyst report to the CFO., ERP Management & Configuration System Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the ERP platform, managing user roles, security permissions, system configurations, and routine maintenance.Business Analysis & Scoping: Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze current business workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design/implement system enhancements.Testing & Deployment: Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), map out patch updates, and manage the deployment of new modules or system upgrades to ensure zero operational downtime. 2. Systems Integration & Data Architecture Data Pipeline Management: Oversee and troubleshoot the data flow and integrations between the core ERP and peripheral systems (CRM, e-commerce, third-party logistics, warehouse management systems, etc.).Data Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain data governance standards to ensure a single, accurate version of truth across all platforms.Reporting & Analytics: Design, build, and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated data extracts to assist leadership with data-driven decision-making. 3. Training & Support Technical Support: Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for system bugs, errors, and performance issues, coordinating with external vendors or development teams when necessary.Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation on system architectures, custom configurations, data flows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).User Enablement: Conduct training sessions for new hires and create self-service guides to boost user adoption and system proficiency across the company. 4. Internal IT Support & Hardware Deployment New Hire Onboarding: Own the end-to-end hardware provisioning process. This includes physically setting up, imaging, and configuring company laptops (Mac/Windows) and accounts for all new team members.
