## About the Role

You'll work well if you have:

 * Experience providing technical solutions, system administration, or application support in a professional environment.

 * Experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, SQL Database, networking, and monitoring).

 * Strong SQL skills including writing queries, troubleshooting performance issues, and working with relational database structures.

 * Familiarity with Rock RMS or similar web-based systems (CMS, CRM, ERP).

 * Comfort reading and understanding application code (C#, .NET, JavaScript).

 * Experience building workflows, reports, or dashboards within data-driven platforms.

 * Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and templating languages like Lava (or Liquid).

For Bonus Points:

 * Have experience in PowerShell scripting, REST APIs, or automation frameworks.

 * Have supported complex multi-tenant systems.

 * Enjoy teaching and documentation - helping others grow in technical understanding.

 * Tend to paint everything bright orange.

 * Have an unusual fondness for Rock lobsters.

## Description

* Partnering with Ministry Analysts to consult with churches using Rock RMS; understanding their needs, solving technical challenges, and implementing scalable solutions.

 * Designing and implementing processes, reports, dashboards, and workflows that help churches use data and technology effectively.

 * Implementing, managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure environments that host Rock RMS, web servers, SQL databases, and related infrastructure.

 * Assisting with new installations, upgrades, and data migrations to ensure smooth platform transitions.
