## About the Role

* Approximately 5+ years of Tableau development and/or lead experience
 * Hands-on experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud
 * SQL proficiency and data preparation experience preferred

Lead Capability:

 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 * Ability to operate independently as a lead resource with limited supervision
 * Experience working in enterprise-level analytics environments

## Description

We are seeking a Tableau Lead with approximately five years or more of relevant experience. The resource must be U.S.-based/onshore and will work remotely. Preference will be given to candidates in the Houston, TX area to facilitate any potential onsite visits., The Tableau Lead will be responsible for end-to-end analytics and reporting delivery, including:

 * Requirements gathering and stakeholder intake
 * Dashboard design, development, and deployment
 * Data validation and quality assurance
 * Stakeholder coordination and communication
 * Production support and performance tuning
