The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems within the campus. This role requires a strong foundation in computer networking, hardware, customer service skills, and a passion to serve students while effectively assisting users and resolve technical issues.
