This is a strategic, high-trust role supporting a senior executive who travels frequently, sits at the center of the company's product cycles, and serves as a key external voice for the company. The ideal candidate is a polished, proactive professional with deep experience supporting C-suite executives who operate globally and at pace. You will thrive in ambiguity, take initiative without being asked, and partner with a leader who is thoughtful, deeply engaged in product, and balancing significant external and internal demands. This role requires someone who can read between the lines, problem-solve independently, and keep things moving-even when the executive is hard to pin down. This role is foundational to the company's executive support function. You'll partner closely with the existing EA team and serve as a trusted right-hand to a leader managing a 270-person organization that continues to grow rapidly.
