## About the Role

Do you have experience in Software sales?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 5 years of experience of presales within the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, you can come from channel/partner/distributor background with proven presales experience.

 * Background of success in supporting both direct and channel sales
 * Experience in Manufacturing industry is essential and knowledge in Distribution and Financial is a plus
 * Presentations / demonstrations skillset is a pre-requisite (someone can explain Why rather than just What)
 * Successful candidates may have worked for companies such as: SAP (R3 or later), Microsoft (Dynamics 365), QAD, Infor, IFS, Oracle EBS, Exact, Sage, or other ERP local companies such as Digiwin.
 * Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential. Capability to communicate in other languages is an advantage, * 5+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledgeBachelor's degree (Holding a degree in Industrial Engineering is an added advantage)

## Description

* Act as a technical and functional resource in the sales process during engagement with prospect/customer.
 * Act as a liaison with the Product Managers to:
 * Discuss potential product development
 * Provide input to new product development
 * Receive output from product development
 * Provide business expertise in such processes as manufacturing, accounting and work flow analysis.
 * Preparing for and conducting demos along with Sales team.
 * Consult with sales force to provide solutions to customer requirements
 * Collaborate and share knowledge and expertise within the SE Community.
 * Working with Channel Enablement in enabling partners Solution Engineers in selling Epicor.
 * Responding to RFIs and RFPs on Epicor and related products.
 * Conduct customer and prospect webinars.20%-50% Travel within the Region
