Reporting to the Leadership Development Director, you will serve as a case manager, workshop facilitator, summer camp leader, and program architect, all at once. This is not just a desk job. You will build genuine relationships with students, guide them through transformative experiences on the trail and in the classroom, and help them chart a path to postsecondary success. You will also be a core member of a collaborative, fast-moving program team that holds itself to a high standard of execution.
