## About the Role

Kelly Science and Clinical FSP is currently seeking a Functional Master Data Lead for a long-term engagement with one of our Global Medical Device clients. This position is fully remote. This person will join our Kelly FSP (Functional Service Provider) division, a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc. This role is full-time and is offering full benefit options. As a Kelly FSP employee you may be eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You may also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation, and sick/personal time

 * 10+ years of SAP experience, including:
 + Strong expertise in SAP Material Master (MM)
 + Deep experience with functional master data objects:
o BOMs, Routings, Production Versions
o Source Lists, Contracts, PIRs, QIRs

 * Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations
 * Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
 * Proven experience in data governance, standards, and master data management
 * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 * Confident in a high stress fast paced project

Preferred Qualifications

 * SAP Certified Material Master Practitioner (or equivalent certification)
 * Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
 * Exposure to SAP BTP, integrations, and workflow orchestration
 * Experience in global template deployments or large-scale ERP programs
 * Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., Medical Devices, Pharma, GxP)
 * Strong documentation skill to translate business needs into actionable insights/requirements
