This role is highly hands-on with SQL Server and SSIS, focused on building and managing ETL pipelines that move SQL-based healthcare data into submission-ready formats using EDM tools. The ideal candidate has strong experience writing stored procedures, developing SSIS workflows, and using C# within SSIS for custom logic. They should understand healthcare data structures-particularly Medicare/Medicaid encounters-and be comfortable ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and end-to-end flow across systems. This is a highly visible role centered on transitioning encounter data processing in-house from a third-party vendor and delivering a proof-of-concept in one exchange market, with plans to scale across additional markets. It is more focused on data integration and submission workflows than cloud data warehousing, requiring close collaboration with product, business, and technical teams.
