Candidates should be comfortable standing, walking, entering/exiting vehicles frequently, lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally, and working overtime, weekends, or alternate shifts when necessary. ## Description Isuzu Logistics North America is seeking a Technical Team Lead - Motor Pool to support vehicle processing, staging, and shipment operations within our growing logistics and distribution network. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced logistics, yard operations, or automotive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams while ensuring safety, efficiency, and operational excellence. As the Technical Team Lead, you will coordinate daily vehicle movement activities, oversee staging and shipment readiness, support motor pool drivers, and help maintain seamless vehicle flow from production through outbound distribution.
