## Description

Gallagher is looking for an all around Application Developer who is strong with C#/.Net and Database skills. This person needs to be able to work very independantly with little direction., o Primary responsibility is to write / develop code per user stories developed by our Business Analyst (BA) team.
o Work with our BA's and other developers on new application development in support of our integrated benefits underwriting and management platform.
o Regularly meet with our BA's to review new requirements, progress on existing work and testing in an Agile Development environment
o Conduct thorough Data Exploratory Analysis before starting to code in order to determine potential issues with existing data not identified in the specs

 + Application Support

o Work on existing applications within our benefits administration platform regarding new enhancements, new capabilities and fixes on an as needed basis.

 + Systems Documentation
+
o Update appropriate systems documentation to reflect changes in the original requirements documents and use cases, when there are changes to the original requirements documentations.

 + Database Design / Scripting
+
o Work on designing and optimizing relational database schemas based on the defined requirements and understanding of the underlying data
o Create views and stored procedures necessary for use with new or existing applications and reports
o Analyze and refactor existing views or stored procedures as data or requirements change, o C#
o Microsoft .Net (.Net Framework and/or .Net Core)
o ASP.Net MVC and WebAPI
o Client<>Server RESTful communication
o Bootstrap/jQuery
o Windows Presentation Framework
o MS SQL
o Git/Bit Bucket
