Experience:

 * relevant: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

 * Driver's License (Required)

## Description

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software for customers. Respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems and determine and implement solutions. Responsible to be the first contact to customers' phone calls., * Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware

 * Respond to queries either in person or over the phone

 * Ask questions to determine nature of problems

 * Walk customer through problem-solving process

 * Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software

 * Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems

 * Review daily performance of computer systems

 * Monitor and repair customer backups

 * Receive, tag and organize inventory daily

 * Perform quality setups

 * Support other co-workers as needed

 * Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems

 * Conduct server monthly maintenance

 * Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved

 * Gain feedback and evaluations of customer systems

 * Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur

 * Other duties as neccessary
