## Description

This role involves hands-on technical support and systems engineering across a range of enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting complex system issues, analyzing server and application error logs, identifying root causes, and implementing timely solutions to maintain system stability and performance. Additionally, the candidate will actively seek opportunities to improve processes, streamline operations, and automate tasks to implement these enhancements. Responsibilities will also encompass managing patches, installing and renewing certificates, maintaining servers, resolving domain join issues, and ensuring that systems remain secure, reliable, and compliant with organizational standards. Success is defined by the candidate's ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve infrastructure, server, domain, and network issues in a fast-paced operational environment.
