Roles & Responsibilities

 * 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or product ownership.

 * 5+ years of hands-on experience in payments or transaction processing systems.

 * Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

 * Create, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, including epics, features, user stories, and enablers.

 * Write clear, testable user stories with acceptance criteria.

 * Balance priorities across regulatory mandates, tech debt, resiliency, and new feature development.

 * Ensure backlog readiness for sprint planning.

 * Partner with Scrum Masters and engineering teams to ensure efficient Agile delivery.

 * Participate in sprint planning, reviews, demos, and retrospectives.

 * Accept or reject completed work based on defined acceptance criteria and quality standards.

 * Strong understanding of banking or payments systems (ACH, Wires, RTP, Cards, Cross-Border Payments).

 * Knowledge of risk, compliance, and regulatory impacts on payments.

 * Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams.

 * Understanding of APIs, integration patterns, microservices, and data flows (functional level).

 * Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, trends, and product performance metrics.

 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

 * Strong decision-making and prioritization capabilities.

 * Ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment., Qualifications : BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE
