 * Knowledge of enterprise networking concepts including VLANs, switching, and routing

 * Experience with infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting

Desired Skills & Experience

 * Experience with automation tools such as PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform

 * Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

 * Experience with SAN/NAS storage technologies

 * VMware or Nutanix certifications preferred

 * Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions

 * Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments
