In this role, you will help design, build, and evolve the core building blocks of our Conversational AI and automation platform, leveraging microservices architecture and scalable distributed systems. You will partner closely with product, data science, and engineering teams to deliver high-impact solutions while providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, and helping shape the architecture and direction of our next generation of AI-powered automation capabilities. Who you'll report to: This role reports to our Sr. Director, Engineering Location: Hybrid role with regular onsite workdays in our San Jose, CA strongly preferred. Other U.S locations may be considered.
