 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field

 + Four (4) additional years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, for a total of twelve (12) years of experience\n
\n

 * Minimum of eight (8) years of software engineering experience\n
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience in SIGINT, IA, or IT domains\n
 * Minimum of three (3) years of experience with modern Java and Spring/Spring Boot development\n
 * Experience developing RESTful APIs and JSON-based web services\n
 * Strong SQL and relational database experience, including PostgreSQL or equivalent technologies\n
 * Experience working in Linux development environments\n, * Java/J2EE application development\n
 * Spring Framework and Spring Boot\n
 * PostgreSQL and SQL database design\n
 * User interface design, development, and testing\n
 * REST, XML, and JSON web services\n
 * Linux-based systems\n
 * Docker and Kubernetes\n
 * CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation\n
 * Task tracking and ticketing systems such as JIRA or Redmine\n
 * Clear, professional communication of technical ideas, status, and issues to both peers and management\n
