(If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience) * Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a professional setting within an agile team * Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a product owner / business analyst- decomposing epics to write user stories and managing a backlog to business value * Minimum of 1 years of experience in the following: * Designing and facilitating small scale design workshops to drive outcomes (Domain Driven Design, Event Storming, Design Thinking) * Refining and incorporating a Strategic Domain model, with products aligned to strategic objectives. * Guiding teams in translating the vision into actionable goals and features, serving as a bridge between stakeholders, designers, developers, and other team members. * Presenting and explaining product management, agile methodologies, and coaching techniques to stakeholders * Across the entire product delivery lifecycle, taking the Enterprise Domain Model as input to alignment on domain boundaries & scopes to define how functions and processes are executed against the domain model.
