 * Ability to work a hybrid onsite schedule in Memphis, TN, * Experience building reusable UI components or component libraries
 * Experience optimizing front-end application performance
 * Experience collaborating closely with UX/UI designers
 * Familiarity with modern front-end development tools and workflows

## Description

We are seeking an experienced UI Developer / Front-End Developer to design, build, and maintain responsive web applications. This role will work closely with product, design, and backend engineering teams to deliver clean, scalable, user-friendly digital experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong front-end development experience, a solid understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to build high-quality web interfaces that are responsive, performant, and easy to maintain., * Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for web applications

 * Translate UI/UX designs into clean, responsive, and scalable front-end code
 * Build reusable components and front-end libraries
 * Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
 * Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services
 * Troubleshoot and resolve front-end issues, including browser compatibility challenges
 * Collaborate with designers, product teams, backend developers, and other engineering partners
 * Participate in Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog discussions
 * Contribute to code reviews and front-end development best practices
 * Participate in a rotating support schedule for light validation activities and occasional after-hours support needs
