Preferred Qualifications * Public sector implementation experience. * Architecture certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent. * Experience with Workday, Oracle Cloud, SAP, or similar enterprise platforms. * Experience supporting large-scale municipal, county, or state government programs. Additional requirements * Ability to pass a criminal background check. * Authorized to work in the US for any employer. ## Description We're looking for a Workday Solution Architect to lead the overall solution design and technical direction of our Workday implementation. This role will ensure the solution aligns with City standards, architecture guidelines, security requirements, and long-term operational needs. You'll partner closely with the System Integrator (SI), City IT teams, and project leadership to guide key areas like integrations, data migration, security design, and environment strategy. You'll help ensure we're using Workday the right way-leveraging delivered functionality, avoiding unnecessary customization, and building a solution that's scalable and maintainable. This role will also act as a go-to resource for design decisions and technical risks, helping the team stay on track and maintain quality throughout the implementation.
