Do you have experience in VLOOKUP function?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 6+ years of HRIS experience

 * Legal or professional services experience strongly preferred
 * Dayforce or Workday experience preferred
 * Advanced technical skills required, including Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros), * Bachelor's degree required
 * 6+ years of progressive HRIS experience
 * Experience with Dayforce, Workday, or similar enterprise HRIS platforms
 * Strong reporting and analytics background
 * Advanced Excel skills required (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros)
 * Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred
 * Understanding of HR systems, integrations, data management, and reporting
 * Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
 * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

## Description

* Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert and escalation point
 * Manage HRIS configuration, enhancements, testing, and implementations
 * Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics
 * Ensure HR data integrity, compliance, and governance
 * Support Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, and onboarding processes
 * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
 * Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders on system initiatives
 * Create user documentation and deliver system training
 * Lead HR technology projects and reporting initiatives
