 * Define 18-24 month product vision and roadmap
 * Establish AI experience strategy and competitive positioning
 * Present and align strategy with executive leadership

Delivery Excellence

 * Set standards for product specifications and delivery practices
 * Ensure accountability for outcomes, not just milestones

Architecture Influence
Partner with engineering leadership on:

 * Build vs. buy decisions
 * AI system design implications
 * Architecture trade-offs impacting product outcomes

Executive Partnership

 * Act as a strategic partner to VP Digital Product
 * Contribute to business cases, investment decisions, and roadmap prioritization

Job Family Leadership

 * Mentor and develop product delivery talent across all levels
