WHAT YOU HAVE: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in an IT Administrator or equivalent role. * Experience with Python programming language or a desire and ability to learn. * Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and automated ticketing workflows. ## Description This critical role ensures operational excellence by supporting the entire organization, maintaining IT asset integrity, and upholding security standards through diligent user account governance. It manages the end-to-end technical lifecycle of all employees (onboarding and offboarding), acts as the central gatekeeper for support requests, and performs essential administration of key systems like Google Workspace, HubSpot, Claude, the Atlassian Suite, Slack, and 1Password. The administrator will also drive efficiency by seeking to automate internal workflows and providing essential technical support and training across the company.
