## Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Orlando. You will be responsible for managing the full data lifecycle-from design and collection to analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights., Data Management: Design, build, and maintain data models and database systems. Implement efficient data mining and segmentation techniques to support business needs.

Analysis & Reporting: Utilize reporting packages (e.g., SSRS, Tableau) and statistical software (e.g., Excel, PowerBI) to analyze datasets and identify trends.

Programming & Querying: Develop complex SQL queries and utilize ETL frameworks to extract, transform, and load data. Leverage programming skills (XML, JavaScript) to optimize data pipelines.

Insight Delivery: Clearly present findings to stakeholders through accurate report writing and visual dashboards.

Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis outputs.
