* 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce OMS Functional Architect
 * Expert-level experience in Salesforce Administration
 * Strong hands-on experience with Commerce Cloud Business Manager
 * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

## Description

* Work with clients and end users to lead workshops, gather requirements, and define business needs.
 * Manage ongoing Salesforce Commerce Cloud administration, including:
 + Product creation and management
 + Promotions and merchandising
 + Source codes
 + Gift cards and coupons
 + Sales tax configuration
 + Security setup and maintenance
 * Maintain database integrity through data cleansing and data uploads.
 * Assist with release evaluations, scope definition, and prioritization of system initiatives.
 * Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support.
 * Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing efforts.
 * Work closely with business users to prioritize defects and validate resolutions.
 * Train customer personnel on storefront management and best practices.
