## Description

As our team member, you will be the first line of IT support and consulting for our local client base. Provide on-call computer support to various Indianapolis locations. Provide primarily remote and occasional on-site network support and maintenance of servers, workstations, and peripheral network hardware. Reporting to the President and Director of Operations, your exceptional customer oriented approach, combined with your knowledge of computer networks will allow you to successfully troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve clients software and hardware issues., * Answer, evaluate, and log incoming calls and emails from clients experiencing problems.

 * Collect detailed information from the client and determines cause of problems by leading customer through specific procedures.
 * Occasional travel to on-site client locations to provide IT support.
 * Provide over the phone and remote access IT support.
 * Execute remote maintenance of Microsoft Terminal Services systems.
 * Communicate with vendors in order to service defective products.
