Preferred Qualifications * Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning. * Experience supporting global manufacturing or technology organizations. * Experience with automation technologies such as PowerShell, Python, Ansible, or Terraform. * Familiarity with modern endpoint management solutions including Intune and Autopilot. * Experience leading infrastructure transformation or cloud migration initiatives. * Industry certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, VMware VCP/VCAP, or TOGAF. ## Description Join our team and help shape the future of connectivity indoors and outdoors. How You'll Help Us Connect the World As the IT Infrastructure Team Lead, you will define and drive the technical architecture strategy for the company's enterprise infrastructure environment. You will partner closely with IT Operations, Security, End User Computing, Cloud, and Network teams to design scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure solutions that support business growth and modernization initiatives. This role serves as the technical authority for infrastructure architecture, ensuring alignment across on-premises and cloud environments while establishing standards, roadmaps, and best practices for the future state of the enterprise. This is the perfect role for a technically strong architect ready to transition to a leadership position.
