This individual will serve as the primary technical resource for internal staff when they need business systems configured, connected, or migrated. They act as the liaison between requesting departments, the central IT team, and the SaaS/platform vendors involved-ensuring tools are stood up correctly, integrated cleanly into Shield's standardized stack, and adopted smoothly by end users. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and detail-oriented-able to manage multiple concurrent requests while maintaining a focus on accuracy, timelines, and internal relationship-building., Core duties and responsibilities include the following.
