In this role, you will act as a key technical leader, establishing coding standards, mentoring a team of developers, and serving as the primary liaison to the technical infrastructure teams to optimize application performance and execute failover planning. Core Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Governance: Provide direct technical guidance and oversight to a team of developers. Implement and enforce development methodologies, UI standards, and coding style guides. Infrastructure Collaboration: Act as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to troubleshoot performance bottlenecks.
