This individual is responsible for shaping the product roadmap, prioritizing development efforts, and ensuring our digital products deliver measurable value to stakeholders., * Define, communicate, and prioritize product roadmaps, feature enhancements, and release plans based on customer insights, business goals, stakeholder input, and technology trends. (Essential) * Gather and translate feedback from residents, business stakeholders, and internal users into actionable product features and requirements. (Essential) * Work closely with the business analyst and development team in an agile environment to ensure clear requirements and timely delivery of features. (Essential) * Partner with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive and elegant digital experiences.
